What is KorpKit?

KorpKit is a white-label client portal SaaS for service businesses. It gives a business one connected place to manage clients, orders, quotes, invoices, payments, files, staff, branding, support, domains, and email notifications.

White-label means the portal can look and feel like your own business instead of looking like a generic third-party tool. Your clients can log in, place work, upload files, see invoices, pay, and track order progress through a clean portal experience.

KorpKit is built for freelancers, agencies, embroidery businesses, design teams, patch order teams, website service providers, and organizations that need a professional order and client workflow without building a custom portal from zero.

The simple idea

Think of KorpKit as two connected systems. The first system controls the business account and setup. The second system runs the actual admin and client portal.

The setup/control side is called kkx0101. The portal side is called ivxo. A tenant signs up in kkx0101, and then ivxo uses that tenant setup to show the correct admin portal and client portal.

This means KorpKit can support many businesses from one platform while keeping each business separated by tenant settings, package limits, branding, domain, services, storage, and portal rules.

Step 1: Create your KorpKit account

Click Get Started Free and create your owner account. The owner account is the main account for the business using KorpKit.

After signup, verify your email. Email verification protects the platform and makes sure the business owner can receive important system messages.

Once your email is verified, complete the business profile. This helps KorpKit know the business name, basic identity, and tenant setup needed for the portal.

Step 2: Open the kkx0101 control panel

After login, kkx0101 becomes your main KorpKit control panel. This is where the tenant owner manages package, billing, services, storage, domain, email sender, payment settings, and support.

Do not confuse kkx0101 with the client portal. kkx0101 is for the business owner and internal setup. Clients do not need kkx0101 to place orders or pay invoices.

From kkx0101, you can open your admin portal and client portal links. These links take you into ivxo, where actual daily order management happens.

Step 3: Choose services and package limits

KorpKit has a free base package with limitations and paid packages for businesses that need more control. The free package helps you test and understand the system before upgrading.

Services are the types of work your business offers, such as digitizing, vector work, graphics, website services, patch orders, or other service categories available in your setup.

Package limits decide what you can enable. Free has restrictions. Paid packages unlock stronger branding, custom domain, custom email, payment settings, more users, better automation, and advanced workflows.

Step 4: Use ivxo for real portal work

ivxo is where your business handles clients, orders, quotes, invoices, payments, uploads, statuses, staff permissions, final files, and client communication.

Admins use the ivxo admin portal to review new orders, update status, create invoices, upload final files, assign staff, and manage the workflow.

Clients use the ivxo client portal to place orders, upload files, review invoices, pay, download completed work, and see their order history.

Step 5: Share the client portal

Once your portal is ready, share the client portal link with your customers. A free tenant can use a KorpKit-based portal link. Paid tenants can use stronger white-label options depending on their package.

A client should not need a long explanation. They open the portal, sign in or create their client account, place an order, upload files, and wait for your team to process it.

Your business becomes easier to manage because orders, files, invoices, and payments stay connected instead of being scattered across WhatsApp, email, Drive links, and manual spreadsheets.

Common beginner mistakes

Do not send clients to kkx0101. kkx0101 is for the tenant owner. Send clients to the ivxo client portal.

Do not change DNS records randomly when connecting a custom domain. Add the exact records shown by the system and verify after DNS has time to update.

Do not expect advanced payment automation on the free package. Some automation and payment features are package-based and unlock only after upgrade.

Quick summary

KorpKit helps your business look more professional, reduce manual order handling, organize files and invoices, and give clients a proper portal.

kkx0101 controls your KorpKit tenant account and setup. ivxo runs your admin and client portal. Together, they create the complete KorpKit system.
